Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Legal Nurse Consulting Coursebook and related materials (the “Coursebook”) offered by United Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC / Flores Law Firm (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing the Coursebook, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Coursebook and Certificate

The Coursebook is a digital, downloadable educational product. Upon completing the Coursebook and submitting the required attestation of completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion evidencing 18.0 contact hours (CEUs), or additional hours for optional add-on modules as described on the product page. Accreditation details are listed on our homepage and are subject to the accrediting bodies’ own rules and requirements.

2. Attestation of Completion

The Certificate of Completion is issued based on your own attestation that you have completed the full Coursebook. We do not independently verify completion beyond this attestation. Providing a false attestation may void your Certificate.

3. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Because the Coursebook is a digital product that awards CEUs you keep upon completion, all sales are final once you are given access to the material. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges after purchase. Before enrolling, you may request the free introductory chapter to help you decide if the course is the right fit.

4. Account Access

Your purchase creates a personal account used to access your downloads, course progress, attestation, and certificate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Coursebook and all related materials are protected by copyright and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the Coursebook or any portion of it without our prior written consent.

6. No Legal or Professional Advice

The Coursebook is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of employment or business outcomes as a legal nurse consultant. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and licensure requirements in your jurisdiction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect rights already granted for prior purchases.
